Who we are

MedCare Agency ("MedCare", "we", "us") builds HIPAA-compliant websites and provides medical SEO and marketing services for women's health practices in the United States. This policy explains what personal information we collect through medcareagency.net, how we use it and the choices you have.

This policy covers our own website and our relationship with prospective and current clients. When we process patient information on behalf of a clinic, that work is governed by a Business Associate Agreement with that clinic (see our BAA Info page) and by the clinic's own Notice of Privacy Practices.

Please do not send us personal health information through our website forms. Our forms are intended for business enquiries only.
